Note: Free access shall be provided to the repo for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. The code can be downloaded from the repo any number of times during that period.

Support Terms

  • For the above mentioned period of time, free upgrades shall also be given for the purchased item.
  • GeekyAnts supports development environment for Mac & Linux only (other Operating Systems not included).
  • No support shall be provided by GeekyAnts and all affiliated support teams post ejection of expo.
  • No support shall be provided by GeekyAnts and all affiliated support teams for upgrading React Native versions of the purchased app.
  • Local and Production setups are not included in the price of the apps.They are paid add-ons which can be purchased separately.
  • No support shall be provided by GeekyAnts and all affiliated support teams if there is any change in code made by the customer or if any 3rd party dependencies are run on the product.
  • GeekyAnts and all affiliated support teams provide support only during 10 A.M to 7 P.M. (IST Time Zone) on all weekdays. Any support requests post this time shall be carried over to the next working day.
  • In case of a support request, customers shall share their TeamViewer ID and Password upon request.
  • Incase you face any issue in any of our product and report via mail, we need at least a week to fix the issue, test and release the updated code.
